JITFIT is a program designed to help you hit that long term goal weight you've always wanted. It combines customized & randomized workouts + daily diet coaching + real accountability to help you shed fat, build endurance, learn martial arts/ calisthenic/ gymnastic movements and improve flexibility

Unlock over 385 different workouts rooted in Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, Wrestling, Gymnastics & Calisthenics

Each set is 5 x 1 min randomized moves followed by a 1 min break.

Playlists are 25 min followed by a deep stretch (30 min total)

Every Monday you weight in & send your measurement via text. Then you receive a new weight goal for Friday.
