JITFIT is a program designed to help you hit that long term goal weight you've always wanted. It combines customized & randomized workouts + daily diet coaching + real accountability to help you shed fat, build endurance, learn martial arts/ calisthenic/ gymnastic movements and improve flexibility

How JitFit Works

Kicker

Randomized workouts

  • Unlock over 385 different workouts rooted in Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, Wrestling, Gymnastics & Calisthenics

  • Less than 1/725 (0.14%) chance of getting the same exact workout playlist ever again!

  • Each set is 5 x 1 min randomized moves followed by a 1 min break.

  • Playlists are 25 min followed by a deep stretch (30 min total)

  • Workouts vary by intensity, injuries & equipment you have

Measurement & Contact

  • Every Monday you weight in & send your measurement via text. Then you receive a new weight goal for Friday.

  • Every Friday receive your updated progress chart showing your short term goal & long term goal

  • Text back and forth with John Le regarding any exercise or diet questions

  • After doing a workout playlist, let John Le know and he'll send the next one based on how difficult you rate it

Diet

Accountability

  • Enter your daily caloric food intake & caloric burn in Lose It and send screenshot at night

  • You'll be less likely to eat trashy food if you have to report it

  • Receive analysis of your diet "culprits"

  • John Le will text you throughout the day of how much water he is drinking (1L at a time) so you both can hit a 1 gallon a day
