It combines customized & randomized workouts + daily diet coaching + real accountability to help you shed fat, build endurance, learn martial arts/ calisthenic/ gymnastic movements and improve flexibility.

As I got into my 40s, I realized that I had to be more careful with my diet and exercise plan... I ballooned to 230+. I managed to get down to 215 at the beginning of 2018...However, no matter what I did, I couldn't get below 212 all year... I found John Le through Instagram... After a 20 minute conversation, I signed up – this program works because of not just the never-boring playlists of exercises, daily logging of diet, but mainly due to John. He is the true glue and rock of the program! Thank you so much for being by my side as I worked my way into unchartered weight territory in 20 years!

A couple of months ago, I told one of the owners and the [JitFit] instructor that I want to lose weight, and he was very open and acceptable to the idea. He reached out to help me personally to achieve my goal. Everyday, he would personally text or check up on me to see how I'm doing and to keep me on track.

In the past I’ve struggled with hitting and maintaining weight goals. I spoke to John about my goal [220 lbs], he thought about it for a bit and said “I can help you with that!”. He helped me get in the habit of tracking my meals and calories. Along the way he kept me accountable with weigh ins twice a week and checking up on my diet. He also shared his own weight and meals. It was nice knowing that he was there along with me throughout the process. It helped me avoid cheating on my diet... Ultimately I was able to get down to 218 a day before the tournament, so I was right on weight...I’m looking really good in the mirror. Probably the best I have ever looked. I’m wearing 36” waist jeans (what I wore in high school). I’ve had to buy new clothes because my old ones are too baggy.

I don’t post much anymore, but this is something I’m very proud of and would like to share...I’ve lost 70lbs...maintaining a healthier lifestyle is something I will continue to do...John Le, I owe a majority of my weight loss to you. RANDOMIZED WORKOUTS
  • Unlock over 385 different workouts rooted in Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, Wrestling, Gymnastics & Calisthenics
  • Less than 1/725 (0.14%) chance of getting the same exact workout playlist ever again!
  • Each set is 5 x 1 min randomized moves followed by a 1 min break.
  • Playlists are 25 min followed by a deep stretch (30 min total)
  • Workouts vary by intensity, injuries & equipment you have​

 MEASUREMENTS & CONTACT
  • Every Monday you weight in & send your measurement via text. Then you receive a new weight goal for Friday.
  • Every Friday receive your updated progress chart showing your short term goal & long term goal
  • Text back and forth with John Le regarding any exercise or diet questions
  • After doing a workout playlist playable on YouTube let John Le know and he'll send the next one based on how difficult you rate it​

DIET ACCOUNTABILITY
  • Enter your daily caloric food intake & caloric burn in Lose It and send screenshot at night
  • You'll be less likely to eat trashy food if you know you have to report it
  • Receive analysis of your diet "culprits"
  • John Le will text you throughout the day of how much water he is drinking (1L at a time) so you both can hit a 1 gallon of water (4L) a day​​
